At WisePlate, we stand behind the quality of our personalized meal plans and believe deeply in their ability to support your nutrition and health goals, when followed consistently. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for users who have genuinely committed to their WisePlate plan and still feel it isn't right for them.

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and should be read together with Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions. Refunds for a faulty product or a technical issue are handled under Section 6.1 of the General Terms and Conditions; this Refund Policy sets out the conditions of the additional 30-day money-back guarantee.

Who Is Eligible

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
2. You have completed the first 7 days of your WisePlate meal plan in the WisePlate app within your first 30 days, with each day marked as completed in the app.
3. You can provide the required proof of usage described below.

Required Proof of Usage

WisePlate is a habit-based program, so refunds are only issued to users who have genuinely engaged with their meal plan. Results come from consistency, and we want every user to have given the program a fair chance before requesting a refund.

To qualify, you must submit a screenshot for each of the 7 days of your meal plan, showing that you completed that day's plan in the WisePlate app.

Valid proof looks like this:

• You must submit one screenshot for each of the 7 meal plan days.
• Each screenshot must clearly show that the day's meal plan was marked as completed in the WisePlate app.
• All 7 days must be completed within your 30-day purchase window.
• Screenshots must be unedited and must clearly show the date or day number they relate to.

Please note: the WisePlate app does not allow completed days to be changed or marked as completed after the fact. This ensures that submitted screenshots reflect genuine, real-time usage.

How to Submit a Refund Request

1. Email us at support@wiseplate.app with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”.
2. Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, and your purchase date.
3. Attach your screenshots for each of the 7 meal plan days, as described above.
4. Briefly describe your experience and why you feel the program wasn't a fit for you (optional but appreciated).

We aim to review all refund requests within 5–7 business days of receipt.

What Happens After Approval

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to WisePlate Services.

Requests That Do Not Qualify

We are unable to issue a refund under this money-back guarantee in the following cases:

1. The request is submitted after 30 days from the purchase date.
2. No proof of usage is provided, or the screenshots submitted do not meet the requirements above.
3. The screenshots provided appear altered, incomplete, or inconsistent with genuine in-app usage.
4. The request is for a free trial period or a promotional offer that explicitly excluded refund eligibility.
5. The request is for a recurring subscription renewal charge. This Refund Policy covers your initial purchase only.

App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Please contact the Apple App Store or Google Play user support to request a refund.
